We Like This Ad

Squint, and you might think this ad says something it doesn't. We like this ad's edgy play on words.

Here at 25bikes, we like words. We use words and media to help businesses tell their story. We especially like it when words are used in a clever way, without being corny. It's not always easy to accomplish, but we believe this ad hits the mark.
We had nothing to do with this ad, but I would have liked to have been in the boardroom when the idea was pitched. At some point, somebody at a decision-making level had to approve this ad, and that person should be applauded.
This ad is being run by the City of Toronto, which means it's taxpayer-funded. Kudos to them for running a government ad that's not boring and safe. It caught my eye immediately, and when an ad does that, it's already halfway to being successful.
