A Little Different

This is the Humber Bay Arch Bridge in Toronto.
Open only to pedestrians and cyclists, it is part of the Martin Goodman Trail which travels from west to east, the entire length of Toronto, along Lake Ontario. The bridge itself is visually striking, and from it you get a beautiful view towards the downtown skyscrapers and the CN Tower. If you are visiting Toronto, it is easy to get to and well worth the trip. It is a 30 minute ride from downtown on one of the city's Bikeshare bikes.
Flowing under this bridge is the Humber River, which collects water from about 750 creeks and streams. It travels approximately 100 kilometres from top to bottom before emptying into Lake Ontario where this bridge is located.
I traverse this bridge often, but usually my eyes are focused on avoiding pedestrians, or on watching a kayaker in the water, or on the concrete ahead of my bicycle. On this day, however, the moon drew my eyes up as it framed itself between two cables.
Looking tiny in this photo, the moon still manages to be the central focus of this photo. The features of the bridge take up the majority of space in this image, but it's the moon that draw our attention.
At this moment, this bridge had a different look than usual. If you'd like to see how we could take a different look at your company's marketing, contact us for a complimentary consultation.
